Resin exposure calibration notes
Large structural terrain files require disciplined bottom-layer exposure to prevent warping across widescreen build plates. We calibrate our architectural assets at 28 seconds base exposure across five transition layers on 8K mono screens, followed by 1.8 seconds normal exposure using standard 8K grey photopolymer resin at 24 degrees Celsius.
For 28mm rank-and-file infantry with fine spear shafts, lowering lift speeds to 40mm per minute prevents delamination across delicate support tips. Hollowed models integrate dual 3mm drainage orifices placed on underside contact zones, ensuring thorough post-print isopropyl washing without compromising visible exterior surfaces.
